01

Data and security.

Every visitor's name, email address, answers and report are stored securely against your account in our UK database. No report document is stored anywhere; each PDF is produced at the moment it's needed. Only your uploaded brand assets, such as your logo, are held on EU infrastructure, and no lead data is held there. Your leads are yours: our support team can never sign in as you, and can never read your leads' answers or reports.

Our application and database run on our servers in the UK, and that's where your leads' names, email addresses, answers and consent records live. Uploaded brand assets such as your logo are held in storage based in the EU. Transfers between the two are lawful under the UK to EU data adequacy arrangement. A small number of other providers help run the service, for payments, email delivery, monitoring and writing report content, and our privacy policy names each one and what reaches it.

We are built to be GDPR minded throughout: a clear lawful basis for the lead capture, data minimisation built into each tool, and defined retention, with every lead deleted automatically two years after they complete your tool. You can export your leads at any time, and delete any individual lead from your dashboard when they ask to be erased. You remain the data controller for your leads and we act as processor.

Your Brevo connection uses an API key rather than your Brevo login, and it's stored encrypted. We only ever write to your Brevo account with that key. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored key.

02

CRM integrations.

Brevo is the supported integration today, connected using your own Brevo API key. It covers contact creation and list placement: your lead's name, email address and any custom fields you've set up. Their score, tier, consent record and full answers stay in BowerVault and aren't sent to Brevo.

Leads still reach you by email notification and stay available in your dashboard, so nothing is lost. Tell us which platform you use and it goes on the integration roadmap; the demand from customers decides the order.

Shortly after a visitor's report is generated, their first name, last name, email address and any custom fields you've set up are pushed to your connected Brevo account. If the contact already exists it is updated rather than duplicated. If the connection ever stops working, we email you once, keep queuing your leads, and send them as soon as it's fixed.

A Brevo account and your Brevo API key, which you paste in and we verify before saving. Choose a list if you want one, and the sync is live. No developer needed.

03

AI generated reports.

Each tool has a purpose written question set and report structure for its industry. The visitor’s answers drive that structure, and an AI model writes the commentary in plain English around it, so the wording is specific to that person rather than a generic template.

The reports are guidance based on what the visitor tells you, not advice or a decision. They summarise a position and highlight what to look at next. Nothing is presented as a promise, a quote or a regulated recommendation.

No. Reports are written by Anthropic's AI models, and Anthropic's commercial terms prohibit training on anything sent through its API. Only the visitor's answers and your brand context are sent, never their name or email address. The industry specific behaviour comes from how we build each tool, not from pooling customer data.

You can't edit the wording, and the structure is fixed per tool so quality stays consistent. You do choose the voice: pick a brand voice in your settings and every report is written in it. The score and category are always worked out by fixed rules, never by AI, so the voice changes how a report reads and never the result. You can complete your own tool at any time to see exactly what a lead receives.

04

Setup and customisation.

No. Setup is self serve and the only technical step is pasting one snippet into a page, which most website editors handle with a code or embed block.

You upload your logo, set your colours, choose your typefaces from the full Google Fonts library, pick a corner style and choose a brand voice. Your phone number and sales email appear on every report. A live preview shows your colours and fonts on a sample question as you edit.

We generate a snippet for your tool. Paste it where you want the tool to appear and it works on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow and hand built sites, with a simple link-based option for Wix. Visitors never leave your page: the whole journey, from first question to finished report, happens right where you put it. The tool only loads on domains you've approved, so nobody can lift it onto theirs.

A website you can add an embed to, which on some builders means a paid plan, and a privacy policy page. We give you a ready-written section to add to your policy. There is nothing to install, no plugin to maintain and no server side setup.

05

Lead delivery.

The visitor uses the lead magnet tool first, then gives their details to unlock the report. Value comes before the ask, which is why people who would never fill in a contact form still convert. Before the report is produced, they tick a box agreeing to hear from you, and the date and exact wording they agreed to are recorded against the lead.

Every lead comes with their full answers, score and report, not just a name and email, so you can see exactly where they stand before you reach out. For their privacy, those stay behind your login: the email alert gives you their name and email address and links straight to the rest in your dashboard.

An email notification lands as soon as their report is ready, and every lead is available in your dashboard with the full answer set. If Brevo is connected, their name, email address and any custom fields you've set up are pushed there too, though not their answers.

Yes, at any time, including before you cancel.

06

Pricing and billing.

One active lead magnet tool with every feature switched on: full branding, AI generated reports for your visitors, Brevo sync, email support and up to 150 leads captured per month. Going over your allowance won't switch your tool off or add a charge automatically; if you're consistently well above it, we'll talk to you first. Full detail is in our Terms and Conditions.

No. Setup is self serve and free.

Add ons are priced separately and are never bundled into the plan. Promotional cards, designed and printed with a QR code to your tool, are £99. Nurture content and CRM setup, done for you by hand, is £375. An automated nurture email sequence is coming soon, at £49. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

By card, through Stripe. Monthly is £39 a month. Annual is £348 a year, charged upfront, which works out at £29 a month. VAT is added to both, and a VAT invoice is issued for every payment. Full pricing detail is in our Terms and Conditions.

07

Cancelling.

Cancel any time from your account dashboard, no need to contact us. We'll ask for a reason, then confirm your password and show you the date your tool will stop working. Nobody calls you and nothing needs emailing. See our Terms and Conditions for the full process.

No notice period. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you have paid for, and annual plans to the end of the year you have paid for. You can resume at any point before then and nothing changes. See our Terms and Conditions for the full detail.

The embed stops serving when the plan ends. Your leads stay readable and exportable from your dashboard for 90 days, in case you resubscribe, then they're automatically and permanently deleted. Separately, any lead is deleted two years after they completed your tool, whichever comes first. Deleting your account entirely, rather than cancelling, removes your leads, branding and settings immediately. Only your billing history is kept, by Stripe, for accounting and tax. See our Terms and Conditions for full retention detail.

Monthly plans aren't refunded for part used time. The annual plan can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the upfront charge: just email hello@bowervault.co.uk. After that it's non-refundable. If something has gone wrong on our side, we will put it right regardless. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

08

The vault and what is next.

The Mortgage Readiness Report is live for mortgage advisers. It is the first tool in the vault, not the only one planned.

Tools for HR teams, recruiters, coaches, consultants and accountants are planned, each with its own question set and report logic.

By demand. Requests from customers move sectors up the list, so telling us your industry genuinely affects the order.

Yes. Bespoke interactive lead magnets, scorecards, calculators and audits are built to order around your market. Get in touch and we will scope it.
